Integrates research findings into practice. Keeps current on knowledge within scope of practice. Chapter 4723-4 Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) requires the RN to remain current. Collegiality: interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues. Collaboration: collaborates with patient, family and others in the conduct of nursing practice. Ethics: integrates ethical provisions in all areas of practice. Resource utilization: considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, cost and impact on practice in the planning and delivery of nursing services. Minimum/Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within five (5) years from the date of hire. This position requires independent assessment, judgment, and decision making before, during, and after all CV procedures not limited to stress testing and TEE procedures requiring conscious sedation.
