Utilize all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the assigned job and to relay to Leads and Production Management if equipment condition is not 100% or if missing. Perpetuates a "Safety First" culture. 2. Prioritizes food quality and maintains food safety, through the vigilant application of company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). 3. To accomplish this, the position will rotate among all shifts, days, evenings, and develop a schedule that allows time to be spent reviewing each shift that is in cleanup. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assumes personal responsibility to insure safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and, incorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks. Insures regulatory compliance. * Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP's, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained.
