Purpose
To provide technical and process support for PC Board manufacturing operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provides technical and process support related to PC Board production, prototype, and process development.
Uses schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment or systems.
Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles and manipulates technical data using established formulae and procedures and performs detailed mathematical calculations.
Address concerns reported through employee suggestion and near-miss systems.
Encouraged to initiate changes for continuous product and process improvement.
Basic Requirements
Minimum of a high school education or GED is required.
Minimum 5 years of work experience or Associate Degree in related field.
Rotational availability between 1st and 2nd shift is preferred.
Has full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures (or deep skills in a single area) through job-related training and considerable work experience
Completes a variety of atypical assignments
Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments

Know that the company EHS procedures are contained in reference books such as SSW Specifications, Plant Rules and Regulations. Safety Data Sheets are stored electronically and available 24/7. In an emergency SDS may be accessed at Security.
Immediately notify the Supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly, or if there are any questions regarding EHS and JHA procedures.

Physical Demands

Working Conditions & Travel Requirements
• Work will be performed in a variety of conditions including a climate-controlled office environment(s) and in a manufacturing plant environment with varying conditions, such as cold areas, wet areas, warm areas, chemicals, and other site conditions. This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment.

The IT Technical Support Technician provides high quality technical and customer support for onsite and remote users. Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a technically skilled and problem-solving oriented college student for the position of IT Support Intern. As an IT Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries at the user level, ensuring timely responses and the optimal running of all systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in managing Help Desk tickets efficiently.
Develop effective interpersonal skills while interacting with colleagues and vendors.
Support network security by ensuring users follow protocols.
Assist in managing technical documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications needed to perform this position:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Basic knowledge of computer networks and system maintenance.
Familiarity with Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Windows Server is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to keep detailed notes on tickets.
Proficient in the use of Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
Work Environment:
This internship operates in a professional office, retail, and warehouse environment. Daily use of computers, phones, photocopiers, and other electronic devices is expected.
Physical Demands:
Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and sometimes crawling.
Frequently lifting up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 25 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time internship position with flexible hours to accommodate class schedules, typically Monday through Friday. For students with weekday commitments, there are also opportunities to work on weekends and holidays if needed.

Key Responsibilities
