**Responsibilities**
**Position Overview**
The MBA Marketing Intern plays a key role in the management of assigned brands. Reporting to a Brand Marketing leader, this position is responsible for helping to drive growth through the activation of business analytics, cross-functional team leadership and strategic thought leadership. The MBA Brand Management intern will help drive the brand and business as we strive to acquire new market share and expand our consumer relevancy, ensure strong relationships with our key customers and achieve business revenue and growth goals. Through influence and effective partnering, he/she will align strategic partners while rallying the other marketing and sales team members for flawless execution. The MBA Brand Management Intern will be assigned projects that are Strategic, Creative, and Analytical in nature to help demonstrate critical skills necessary for success in brand management.
**Accountabilities**
+ Lead strategic recommendations for driving top and bottom-line impact of a category leading brand
+ Conduct brand analysis deep-dives and gather the input of a multi-functional team to elevate key findings and recommend actions toimprove business results and generate demand
+ Partner with team on plans that deliver net sales and profit growth for assigned categories
+ Performing business analysis to strengthen the brand's integrated marketing program
+ Developing and implementing marketing plans that contribute to brand volume and profit
+ Initiating and analyzing market research to improve the brand's marketing efforts
+ Developing, implementing and evaluating other strategic business building projects
+ Assists with any other ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis (Event Monitoring etc.)
**Qualifications**
+ Current MBA candidate completing their degree in spring/summer 2026, preferably with a focus/concentration in marketing
+ A passion for brand marketing and business management
+ Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and is a team player
+ Data analysis experience inclusive of data mining to inform strategic recommendations
+ Creative thinking and problem-solvingabilities for developing strategicbusiness solutions

Loloi is seeking talented and artistic candidates for our Summer 2026 Internship Program. As an intern for product design, you will be immersed in the various functions that contribute to the broader scope of our talented design team. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in every aspect of product design and pattern making. You will get to see how our talented design team interacts across other departments as you will be heavily exposed to those facets of the business.
As an intern, you will join a team of talented and results-minded artists, leaders, and critical thinkers all driving toward the same goal - to delight customers and drive sales through multiple channels. We have two amazing, talented design teams at Loloi, and both are first among equals. Both teams create rugs, pillows, and wall art for their respective customer bases, including some of America's top retailers. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, all interns will participate in real-world business meetings. You will join a diverse group of individuals from a variety of colleges, universities, and areas of study.
