+ Adheres to safe work practices, policies, and procedures. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained. Reports any conditions or practices that may adversely affect employee safety or food safety/quality to management immediately.
+ Operates, cleans, assists in preventive maintenance (PM) in accordance with PM schedule, troubleshoots filler machines and other equipment when needed.
+ Follows all SSOP's and SOP's for Production/Sanitation.
+ Proactively plans and leads changeover activities for fillers and date coding, making sure the appropriate Supervisor is aware of the resources (mechanics, materials), and communications needed, escalating issues when problems arise.
+ Ensures line is operating at maximum efficiency and we are managing the equipment to minimize packaging and product losses.
+ Ensures that daily production goals (KPI's) are met for the Filler area.
+ Maintains active communication with Pasteurizer operators and Packaging department to ensure an efficient operation.
+ Actively engages in continuous improvement efforts.
+ Conduct and record all quality checks and record downtime events in a timely fashion utilizing Redzone.
+ Demonstrate proper handling and usage of cleaning agents while wearing the required PPE.
+ Operate motorized material handling equipment.
+ Alerts the Supervisor when major mechanical problems occur, and reports any system abnormalities to reduce the risk of, and damage to, the system or product.
+ Resupply chemical drums and jugs as needed to maintain proper sanitation.
+ Manage inventory consumptions or creation in inventory management system.
+ Test and monitor chemical titrations to ensure in spec for proper cleaning.

+ Attends and actively participates in safety meetings and trainings.

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
**EXPERIENCE** :
+ 2 + years of experience operating machinery, and handling GMP's and product specifications
+ SPC (weight control)
**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:**
+ 2 + years' experience operating high speed complex filling equipment in a food manufacturing environment.
+ Experience with food manufacturing and GMPs.

As part of the manufacturing group, you will be responsible for supporting production packaging and processing operations, sanitation, and participation in the startup, changeover, and shutdown of operating equipment
Shift hours:
Hiring for 2nd and 3 shifts

PBNA $26.20 / hour * Shift Works: Nights: 6 pm - 6:30 am * Schedule: = 2 X 2 X 3 2 days working and 2 days off then 3 days working and 2 days off Position operates one or multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 2-2-3 shift 6am to 6pm - DAY Shift
* Clean and sanitize assigned area, paying close attention to minor details of cleanliness and food safety
* Possess and acquire knowledge of chemicals and chemical safety for the cleaning chemicals that will be used in assigned area
* Can follow and execute cleaning schedules/requirements; utilizing power washers, hoses, small hand and power tools and other equipment
* Dissemble and reassembly of equipment, utilizing hand and power tools
* Set up equipment and supplies for the next day's production
* Report and scan materials issued into the company's ERP system
* Comply with applicable environment, health and safety rules, procedures, laws and accepted safe work and Good Manufacturing (GMP) practices
* Follow any and all safety standards
* Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and injuries to the appropriate person or office
WORKING CONDITIONS
Areas of facility may include controlled temperature zones including areas with refrigeration and noise levels requiring PPE.

Shift hours:
8-hour shifts
* Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift

What you have to offer:

Physical requirements:
* Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (-15 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit)
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
* Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
* Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
* Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net and gloves when required
* Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment

This position requires lifting cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a long work period. Also requires carrying and lifting cases while reaching, bending, climbing, walking/standing to move product through warehouse. Position may include periodic weekend and/or holiday work.
