**Responsibilities**
**Position Overview**
Join our 10-week summer internship program as a Manufacturing Operations Intern. This role offers hands-on experience in a Plant Production environment. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to support the plant through continuous improvement activities, monitor staffing resources, and develop reporting procedures and systems to initiate and foster employee engagement.
**Accountabilities**

The Selection Process:
Applications are open from August -November each year. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will typically be contacted for an initial phone screen by the end of November. Intern Relocation Assistance:

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $21.00 to $29.25 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
