**Responsibilities**
**Position Overview:**
As an Industrial Services Engineer, you will lead engineering efforts across a broad spectrum of mechanical utilities with a specialized focus on ammonia and refrigeration, boiler systems and wastewater systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and factory-level engineering groups to support capital projects, optimize utility systems, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Your work will directly impact operational excellence and environmental stewardship across our facilities
**Accountabilities:**
+ Provide expertise in all mechanical utilities including steam, chilled water, cooling tower water, domestic water, compressed air, HVAC, refrigeration and hazardous gases
+ Serve as SME for waste water management and ammonia cooling operations in all industrial facilities
+ Lead mechanical utility standards, design, project execution and system performance
+ Provide engineering design and review for capital projects including scopes of work, requests for quotes (RFQ), construction packages and commissioning support
+ Ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of all mechanical utility systems, minimizing environmental impact and resource consumption
+ Coach and mentor factory-level Industrial Services teams including managers, supervisors and technicians
+ Confirm compliance with federal, state and internal standards from design through operation and maintenance
+ Stay abreast of, evaluate and select appropriate facilities, equipment and technology.
+ Prepare analysis of new and existing facilities, technologies and systems.

What You Will Do

Provide data-based evidence that developed processes meet product requirements through design of experiments and statistical process control (within material availability)
Generate documentation of the process development lifecycle for each project; contribute to business knowledge repositories for fixtures, materials, and process parameters
Create work instructions and provide training on resultant processes to Product Engineering and Manufacturing personnel
Guide the design of fixtures required to assemble products
Recommend and implement new equipment and techniques to improve process capabilities
Requirements:
B.S. in Physics, Material Science, or relevant Engineering field
5 years experience with precision optical alignments or programming automated manufacturing equipment
5 years of experience in design of experiments and statistical process control.
3 years of manufacturing experience
Proficiency with software-based logic, such as programming, Matlab, etc.
