Usually great customers and usually good management and coworkers. 50% off discount on food.
A LOT of work to the point of usually tired and achy muscles and bones. It's still just a business, and you'll always feel replacable, no matter how much the higher ups sugar coat things. Depends on where you are, you can get rude and entitled customers, but that's a downfall of all retail and food service jobs. You'll usually have weird hours and all companies try to cut corners to save money, meaning you'll probably end up working a shift completely understaffed with no real help. Holidays... are.... disastrous.
50% off discount on food. Free cookies at the end of the day.
A lot of young adults my age work at potbelly. It’s a fun work environment. They take training seriously, I felt comfortable with asking for help if needed when I first started working there.
At my particular location, there were some individuals that I did not like working with. But you’ll have that anywhere you work.
50% off food.
My coworkers and co-shift leaders were one of the best parts
Corporate managers, don't give the right resources in order to complete task but then scolded when things aren't completed.
The management experience was by far the best thing I took away from this opportunity.
They are so nice.
that we should bring the food to them because they are just standing there.
