Not one thing, worst place I've ever worked. Happy I'm no longer there.
Their expectations are impossible and the workload is set up for you to fail, no training and extremely high volume of work that is impossible to manage even for an extremely organized person . Management does not communicate clearly with the employee's therefore setting you up to fail. The only time management communicates is to call you into their office to reprimand you. You can't directly talk to an attorney if you're support staff, everything has to go though their legal assistant or management.
Nothing the entire office is uptight and unprofessional, although they pretend to care with a few lunches here and there. I've also never worked in a law firm that had separate holiday parties one for the attorney's/management and one for support staff. It's as if the support staff are beneath and not worthy of being in the same room with the attorney's and management or even breathing the same air.
