2003

The addition of Pou Chen's nearly 70 production subsidiaries helped boost Yue Yuen's status as well, and in 2003 the company was added to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's blue chip Hang Seng Index.

2008

To foster operational focus and enhance the whole valuation of the Group, the retail business and brand licensee business were spun off and separated listing under Yue Yuen’s subsidiary Pou Sheng International (Holdings) Ltd. (“Pou Sheng”) in 2008.
