Support paint line operators and other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Complete basic documentation and labeling of parts. Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift. Lift 25-50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level. Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments.
