VERY VERY low hourly pay, pricy yet poorly managed health insurance which is poorly, ridiculous & petty HR policies, disrespectful (micro) store managers, but worst of all is this is a company that doesn’t respect or value their employees - just look at their social media posts about how the store has to be closed on Labor Day because employees are striking (blaming employees, yet stating that you respect the bargaining process is shady!)
