The Supervisor provides direct leadership to in-house crews and subcontractor partners, maintains accountability for production targets, oversees performance management of direct reports, and serves as the operational link between field execution and project management.
**This is a mobile/traveling position and will support work in Powell, Riverton, Sheridan, and Cheyenne. Up to 75% travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Job Readiness
Verify permits, locates, and right-of-way clearances prior to project start.
Conduct initial walkouts and job estimates to determine labor, material, and equipment needs.
Prepare job sites by confirming material availability, equipment readiness, and crew assignments.
Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) - request, track, and reconcile usage to budget.
Participate in pre-construction meetings to review scope, schedule, and safety requirements.
Daily Field Operations
Issue daily work assignments to in-house crews and subcontractors based on project priorities.
Monitor field performance and ensure production forecasting aligns with weekly and monthly goals.
Conduct routine site inspections to verify quality, workmanship, and adherence to design prints.
Approve production entries and redlines submitted by subcontractors for billing accuracy.
Manage employee and crew timecards for accuracy and timely payroll processing.
Oversee truck, trailer, and tool inventories, ensuring all equipment is maintained and accounted for.
Ensure vehicles are kept clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Manage resource allocation across crews and subcontractors to meet schedule and productivity targets.
Subcontractor & Resource Management
Identify work scopes and requirements for subcontractor assignments.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for subcontractor field leads, ensuring deliverables meet contract expectations.
Support crew onboarding, training, and compliance with Full Circle Fiber safety and quality programs.
Maintain accountability for crew performance metrics (productivity, safety, quality, and rework rates).
Manage the issuance and monitor minimum/maximum levels of required job materials to prevent shortages or waste.
Quality, Safety, and Compliance
Conduct Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on all work segments prior to close-out.
Enforce safety protocols in line with OSHA and Full Circle Fiber standards, leading daily tailgate meetings and safety checks.
Ensure compliance with customer, municipal, and environmental requirements.
Participate in root-cause analysis for any incidents, damages, or quality failures.
Ensure 100% compliance with digital tools including, but not limited to, project management software, production entry systems, and quality control applications.
Promptly treat, report, and monitor any safety incidents, accidents, or equipment loss events.
Working Conditions- Field environment working in inclement weather; flexibility of schedule according to needs of the operation.

Basic Requirements
Fourteen years of age as of June 1st
Currently enrolled in a Scouting program (Boys or Girls)
Full Scout uniform (Venturing field uniform shirt including pant/shorts and soaks)
Three references from non-family members indicating character, leadership and work ethic principles.
Attend the MANDATORY staff week in June
Attend one weekend service day at the camp in April or May (dates to be determined)
Have one or several weeks available to staff camp
Fundamental Responsibilities
Perform as a troop ambassador to units in camp including help our guests find program areas, inform Sr.Patrol Leader of camp rules and regulations as well as keeping them informed on program activity time and changes.
Assist in program area when asked
Assist with special activities when asked
Assist with janitorial duties if and when needed

$2000 Hiring Bonus
Compensation:
$23.50 an hour. Tuesday - Friday
Overview: Route delivery drivers are responsible for the delivery and merchandising (where applicable) of all products distributed by Quality Brands. Additionally, they are responsible for the rotation of displays, back stock and shelf stock (where applicable) of all products to ensure compliance with company standards. Develop and maintain professional business relationships with all of our account partners.
Specific Duties:
Start your day at your designated start time.
Inspect your truck daily for any interior/exterior damage.
Complete Pre-Trip/Post-Trip and Vehicle Inspection Report forms on a daily basis.
Depart the warehouse no later than 15 minutes after your designated daily start time.
Drive safely and adhere to all State Driving Laws and Regulations.
Update load information in the handheld computer and communicate your load through the route accounting system.
Load paper P.O.S. for merchandising execution, when needed.
Complete all delivery calls assigned for that day.
Complete additional delivery calls when directed by your Team Leader.
Monitor and report all competitive activity and opportunities to the applicable Account Representative.
Rotate all displays, backstock and shelves (where applicable). Ensure all products are rotated according to company and ABI directives.
Complete all actions as outlined in the account order pick ticket.
Segregate sellable and non-sellable product when returning product to the warehouse. Non sellable product must not be placed in the CEW. Sellable product must be returned to the CEW(as directed by warehouse personnel).
Complete all invoices according to company directives.
Balance invoices and currency received.
Clean and organize the inside of the tractor and trailer daily.
Communicate maintenance issues with your pallet jack to the Operations Team Leader Warehouse.
Clean and ensure your pallet jack is charged as required.
Check in days ending load with Operations Team Leader/ Warehouse.
Develop and maintain a professional business relationship with all customers.
Properly maintain hand-held units and printers.
Train other personnel as directed in all aspects of the delivery process.
Maintain a safety conscience work environment.
Adhere to all Company Processes and Directives.
Comply with all State Liquor Laws and Regulations.
Perform other actions as directed by the Operations Team Leader Delivery or Director of Operations
Complete all training scheduled on your IDP.
Complete additional training as directed by the Operations Team Leader Delivery.
Immediately notify the Operations Team Leader Delivery of all accidents/injuries.

Qualifications:
Must be qualified to operate applicable Company vehicles.
Physically able to handle all Company products - Department of Labor Level 4 Heavy Work Job Evaluation (exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly).Occasionally lift up to 160 lbs.
Capable of fulfilling non-normal workday hours.
CDL license required.
Current DOT Medical Certification
Forklift certification required.
