We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter/Handyman to maintain the aesthetic and functional integrity of Class A commercial office buildings. This role emphasizes high-quality painting work, surface preparation, and minor repairs, ensuring a pristine and professional appearance throughout our facilities. Position Responsibilities Painting (Primary Focus): Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting, including walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and specialty surfaces.
