Gerald Paul was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2005. Paul has served as a Director of the Company since 1993, and has been President of the Company since March 1998. Paul also was Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 2006. Paul previously was an Executive Vice President of the Company from 1996 to 1998, and President of Vishay Electronic Components, Europe from 1994 to 1996.
