The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical, schedules, quality, and financial aspects of Power Delivery Substation projects, managing and developing client relationships, and marketing POWER's Power Delivery services to existing and new clients particularly in the South and Southwest Region. This position will be based out of Austin, TX or Fort Worth, TX with the ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location. You must have the ability to travel to a POWER and/or Client office for periodic meetings.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships
+ Lead proposals, negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, win and execute the project(s) in collaboration with project design teams.
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team
+ Lead client relationship building
+ Work primarily with Power Delivery project teams, but may also interface with other disciplines as needed, based on the nature of any particular project
+ This position will require some travel to clients within the reporting region and client location
**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field
+ Minimum of five (5) years' applicable industry experience working and/or providing engineering services for IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops, Munis, etc.
+ Minimum of five (5) years' relevant project management experience
+ Relevant experience includes leading engineering and/or construction teams on medium to large electrical utility scale clients for high voltage and/or extra high voltage substation type projects
+ Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools required, including:
+ Contract Management
+ External and Internal Team Meeting Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects, managing and developing client relationships, and marketing POWER's Power Delivery services to existing and new clients. The location for this role is flexible, with the ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location (please note desired location in the application). Preference will be given to candidates in the Philadelphia/Baltimore areas. Employees may travel to a POWER or client office for periodic meetings.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships
+ Manage status reporting, invoicing, and accounts receivable for each project
+ Collaborate with project design teams to execute projects and develop proposals.
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team
+ Develop & maintain schedules, lead/participate in status meetings with project teams, oversee budgets, participate in proposal preparation, take leading role in client relationships
+ Work primarily with Power Delivery project teams, but may also interface with other disciplines as needed, based on the nature of any particular project
+ This position will require some travel to clients within the region.
+ Demonstrated Project Management skills should include CPM scheduling, budget and cost analysis, leading project teams, as well as proposal writing, client marketing, and project presentations
**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree (or equivalent industry-related experience) from an accredited university required - engineering, Electrical, Civil or Structural preferred
+ Minimum of eight (8) years' applicable industry experience
+ Minimum of two (2) years' relevant project management experience
+ Relevant experience includes small- to medium-scale project management, and/or project lead engineering experience
+ Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools required
+ General understanding of power delivery infrastructure engineering required
+ Proficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility setting, as well as Microsoft software tools (Word, Excel, Project)
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
**Desired Education/Experience**
+ Ten (10) + years of experience leading projects as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the electric utility environment
+ Relevant experience includes large-scale project management, and/or project lead engineering experience on large/complex electrical projects
+ A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
+ Minimum of five (5) years' consulting experience preferred
+ Familiarity with regional utilities in the Northwest
+ Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is desired
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $110k - $160k per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
