The ideal candidate should have a desire to develop project management capabilities to transition to a Project Manager role in the next 2-3 years. **Roles & Responsibilities** + Provide coordination, administrative, and analytic support to Project Managers + Coordinate and communicate with all levels of management and disciplines throughout the project life cycle to support project cost and schedule objectives + Track and report on project deliverables and milestones on multi-discipline complex projects. Track and ensure resolution to RFIs. + · Oversee project budgets, review costs, provide cash flow forecasts, and ensure adherence to planned budgets to maintain client satisfaction and financial success + · Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes + · Organize and lead routine project meetings with clients and teams to align on expectations, progress, and performance.
