As a home remodeling consultant, the position was100% commission. This was very stressful.

The managers are liars and just tell you what they can to make you happy. Horrible leadership and very high turnover rate. This job should be your last resort!

The atmosphere is extremely inclusive and welcoming. Everyone who works here genuinely enjoys themselves.

It's really hard to move up in your position. It takes a very long time for new positions to open up and It's all about who you know in order to get ahead. Good thing is most positions are favorable and they pay well so you will mostly likely be happy wherever you are placed.
