As President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Roche sets Analog Devices’ strategic vision and oversees operational execution across the business. Since becoming ADI’s president in 2012 and CEO in 2013, Mr. Roche has been instrumental in growing the organization’s market leadership in the high-performance analog sector through a strong customer-centric focus and unyielding commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. Under his leadership, ADI has expanded the breadth of its product portfolio and added new technologies and capabilities to provide more comprehensive solutions to customers’ toughest technical challenges. Mr. Roche is only the third CEO to lead the company since its founding in 1965. He began his career at ADI in 1988, progressively gaining responsibility in product line management, strategic marketing, and business unit management roles during his early tenure. Mr. Roche held senior positions for ADI in Ireland, Massachusetts, and California, and in 2001 was given responsibility for global sales and marketing as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In 2009, Mr. Roche was named Vice President for the newly created Worldwide Sales and Strategic Market Segments Group, where he focused on integrating ADI technology into optimized solutions for industrial, automotive, and infrastructure customers. Mr. Roche was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, taking responsibility for all R&D, sales, marketing and business development and in May 2013, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Roche serves on the Board of Directors of Acacia Communications, Inc., a leading developer of high-speed coherent optical interconnect products that transform communications networks through improvements in performance and capacity and a reduction in associated costs. Mr. Roche earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Limerick in Ireland.

Chris is CEO, Vice Chairman, and Co-Founder at Impinj, an Affiliate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Washington, and a Director of the RAIN RFID Alliance. Passionate about technology, Chris is a leading pioneer of RAIN RFID and the expansion of the Internet of Things to include tens of billions of everyday items. He has more than 150 issued patents, 69 scholarly publications, and has received numerous awards including EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Pacific Northwest, EE Times/EDN Innovator of the Year, AIM Global Ted Williams Award, RFID Journal Special Achievement Award, and the IEEE Paul Rappaport Award. He has also received Packard, Sloan, Presidential, and ONR fellowships. Chris earned his Ph.D. from Caltech and has over 30 years’ experience in computer and radio engineering. A fan of all things fast, Chris has the biggest smile on his face when racing his car around a track.

Mohan Maheswaran is a President/CEO at SEMTECH CORP and Board Member at SEMTECH CORP. He has experience at Nortel Communications, HP, and TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC and has worked as Executive Vice President at Intersil, Executive Vice President at Renesas Electronics America Inc., and VP:Marketing at ELANTEC SEMICONDUCTOR INC. Mohan studied at University of Surrey and Henley Business School.

Mr. Alex Chiming Hui is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Pericom Semiconductor Corp. He has been Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of the Company since its inception in June 1990, and was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company in July 1999. Mr. Hui is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s subsidiary, PSE Technology Corporation. From August 1982 to May 1990, Mr. Hui was employed by LSI Logic Corporation, most recently as its Director of Advanced Development. From August 1980 to July 1982, Mr. Hui was a member of the technical staff of Hewlett Packard Company. Mr. Hui holds a B.S.E.E. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.S.E.E. from the University of California at Los Angeles. The Board of Directors has concluded that Mr. Hui should serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company because of his 21 years working as Chief Executive Officer, 31 years of high tech experience and his educational background.
