Power Motive company history timeline

1959

Founded by Ed Donahue in 1959, the company originally started out as a Massey Ferguson agricultural equipment dealer serving the mostly rural customer base in Colorado.

1972

Blount started out as a sales representative at the company in 1972, but eventually went on to become PMC’s third owner.

1975

The year 1975 was somewhat of a turning point for Power Motive Corporation, as it was then that PMC found its identity as a Komatsu distributor.

1979
