Job Summary:
SCA is seeking experienced CDL B drivers with air brake endorsement. The Driver will operate a Broom Sweeper Truck or a Dump Truck/Follow Truck, providing prompt service to customers on scheduled routes, including new housing developments, local cities & road construction, etc. The Broom Truck will remove debris, including broken pavement, asphalt and concrete millings, mud and construction materials or highway debris build-up due to seasonal /weather changes and highway waste. The Follow Truck will tow an attenuator housing the arrow board, to help divert traffic around the Broom Sweeper.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform required inspection of Broom Sweeper / Dump Truck, Pre-trip and Post-trip.
Review scheduled routes assigned, be proactive in asking questions if route is unclear.
Perform the safe operation of a Broom Sweeper / Dump Truck.
Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted while maintaining quality of work.
Exercise extra caution during inclement weather.
Report any equipment failures, near misses or accidents to Lead or Supervisor within 8 hours.
Over-night travel may be required.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Summary: The Transportation Specialist plays a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey by providing safe, timely, and respectful transportation to and from treatment-related activities. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and empathy, as it involves regular interaction with clients, staff, and external partners. In addition to driving, the role includes maintaining accurate logs, coordinating schedules, and ensuring vehicles are clean and operational.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
License Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, be 21 years or older, and be deemed insurable through Team Recovery's insurance carrier.
Prefer a valid CDCA, QMHS, and/or CPI Certification.
BLS/CPR certification required, will train upon hire.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Safely transport clients including but not limited to appointments, transfers from inpatient to outpatient facilities, and other designated locations as assigned, ensuring adherence to facility schedules and client confidentiality protocols.
Build and maintain respectful and supportive relationships with clients, creating a calm and professional environment during transport.
Offer reassurance and guidance related to recovery-oriented conversation when appropriate, especially during client transitions or crises.
Collaborate closely with clinical staff, case managers, housing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of client transport needs.
Plan efficient routes and manage multiple client pick-up/drop-off schedules.
Communicate changes or delays promptly to supervisors and relevant departments.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections for cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic maintenance needs.
Report any safety concerns or mechanical issues immediately and follow all safety protocols.
Accurately maintain logs, time sheets, incident reports, and transport records.
Ensure all documentation complies facility standards.
Coordinate with third-party transportation providers when needed.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with carriers to ensure timely and reliable service.
Recognize and respond appropriately to client behavior, including crisis or high-stress situations.
Alert clinical or supervisory staff if a client exhibits signs of distress or behavioral concerns during transport.
Follow all organizational policies, including safety, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines.
Protect client information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
