They will work and lead multi-disciplined project teams to create industry leading designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments on a variety of projects including transmission & distribution, generation, institutional, industrial, and manufacturing facilities. Opportunities to advance into leadership/management roles are available. Responsibilities Develop conceptual designs, execution plans, cost estimates, and project schedules for project proposals. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you'll assist with and lead aspects of engineering projects, from planning and design to installation, operation, and maintenance. You'll monitor plant performance, solve complex technical problems, and gain exposure to the technical, safety, and business aspects of energy generation. This role is designed to build technical expertise through structured learning, mentorship, and meaningful project work. While prior experience in all areas is not expected, engineers will develop skills aligned with the responsibilities and key competencies outlined below.
