This position leads the Warehouse Operations and the Internal Logistics teams in support of the Manufacturing Operation. The facilities currently include two onsite warehouses and one offsite finished goods warehouse. The primary goal of this position is to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and materials to and from the Manufacturing Operation, while maintaining accurate inventory records using the company chosen ERP system. This position will manage onsite material handlers and other warehouse staff. The Warehouse/Logistics Manager reviews and reports on key metrics regarding the operation of the warehouse to the management team and creates action plans to drive continuous improvement in the overall operation of the teams. The position is responsible for reviewing the cost of storage, cost of logistics determining the best method to keep cost on budget, and that all material and equipment are available when needed

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate and collaborate with sports medicine professionals and/or bridge coordinator to ensure a smooth transition from rehabilitation to performance based activities. Will also collaborate with mental performance and performance nutrition to ensure a holistic approach to human performance.
Assist the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator in developing facility standard operating procedures, guidelines, and training protocols including the safe use of strength and conditioning equipment.
Participate in periodic meetings to review and evaluate physical training programs and identify opportunities for improvement. If a meeting occurs outside of regular working hours-unable to attend a meeting, the SCS is responsible for reviewing the information disseminated in meetings.
Participate in periodic in-service training for members of the HP staff and/or POTFF staff as appropriate.
Attend required training in accordance with guiding instructions. Commands will allow attendance at the necessary conferences or courses to complete the continuing education units required to maintain professional certifications.
Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records of utilization, workload, conducting or participating in education programs, and participating in clinical staff quality assurance functions.
Develop and promulgate training materials as requested and required by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator.
Assist with supply inventories and provide input regarding supply needs for the HP program.
Proficiently utilize computers, software, and technologies as required and requested by the HP program Manager and/or Coordinator and required by USSOCOM HQ and its POTFF staff.
Maintain 100% compliance with local mandatory command training requirements.
Advise the chain of command and/or HP program manager and/or coordinator on strength and conditioning, administrative matters, purchasing of supplies and equipment, and supplemental fiscal requests.
Required Education/Experience/Skills/Training:
Position requires U.S. Citizenship.
Must have a DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Bachelor's Degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.
Possess and maintain current certification by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or the Strength & Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCa). Maintenance of one of these certifications shall be an enduring element of the requirement.
Minimum of 5 years or more of demonstrable accumulated experience (continuous and sustained experience preferred) of developing long and short-range planning and coordination of sport/mission specific performance programs resulting in attributable results with individual athletes and groups of athletes at the levels of NCAA Division I, Olympic, professional, and/or SOF Operators in the accompanying, respective settings. Paid full-time experience as a Government civilian or contract employee at US Army and/or Marine Corps Infantry Units, may be counted towards minimum qualification requirements, provided this experience was gained within the most recent, continuous 3 years, as a directly embedded staff member, on-site with respective Army and/or Marine Corp entities.
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
Current certification in basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to include Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.

The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Intern position will provide cross-functional assistance to both PowerSecure's Environmental and Safety Departments, addressing seasonal workload increases and contributing to key projects. PowerSecure operates in a highly regulated energy sector across the U.S., where environmental stewardship and employee safety are paramount to our mission of delivering reliable, resilient energy solutions while minimizing risks and environmental impact. The intern will report to Sr. Manager, Environmental Permitting and Compliance; however, their time will be divided into approximately 75% Environmental/25% Safety, with flexibility based on project priorities. Microgrid Systems Engineer II

The primary duties of a Microgrid Systems Engineer are to provide engineering services for the design and implementation of Microgrid Applications. These engineering activities are to provide professional Control System engineering services associated with the design of the low and medium voltage distributed energy resources (DERs). This will be based on customer or internally provided plans and specifications that will be submitted and then released for implementation in accordance with engineering procedures and standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Confirm and review construction drawings. Engineer should bring concerns to EPC in a timely fashion to mitigate any potential delays.
Coordinate and communicate with other engineering groups as well as sales, marketing and operations. Running project meetings including handoff, release review, and design meetings as required with the necessary stakeholders.
Create and verify the BoM (Bill of Materials). Coordinate with the SCADA team to ensure appropriate communication components are ordered. MSE is responsible for setting up Vault structure (folders, items, ECOs) and coordinating with Manufacturing Support.
Identify long lead time items and ensure long lead BOMs get released on time to avoid project delays.
Ensure schedules and milestone dates are achieved in the ERP system. Provide feedback to Engineering Manager if issues arise.
Review and verify the drawing packages prior to submittal and release.
Reviewing Powered Electrical components and drawings. Including Fire Alarm drawings and Panel Schedules.
Create programming files for the various control devices associated with a project using any programming templates that have been previously created.
Coordinate with QA for simulation of control systems.
Work with test equipment and diagnostic instruments for automation and power management systems
Provide technical support as needed during working and non-working hours.
Support design standardization efforts internal SCADA Engineering and with other groups
Evaluate new communication components or protocols before install on project.
Support Test when issues arise in the factory.
Troubleshoot site issues alongside commissioning team as they arise.
Communicate clearly to Engineering Manager when issues arise or when ideas arise for continuous improvement.
