The Collision ServicesCustomerServiceRepresentative will help provide comprehensive support for PPG's Collision Servicescustomers, applications and programs. Responsibilities
Manage and process orders for CDN and Strategic Accounts, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across multiple systems. Source orders from appropriate distribution locations based on availability and customer needs.
Be a customer advocate, providing excellent service and ensuring adherence to PPG processes. Handle incoming orders, emails, and phone calls, ensuring responses to customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and our teams to coordinate orders, shipping details, and resolve issues.
Handle returns by verifying purchase history and issuing credits or invoices to customers.
Train and assist customers with navigation and troubleshooting of the Collision Services website and mobile app. Manage registration requests for Collision Services applications.
Create opening order kits, update relevant details in SharePoint, and manage unique customer information within the CRM system. Log incoming and outgoing calls within the CRM system to track customer interactions.
Provide training and mentorship to new team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and support. Facilitate ongoing learning opportunities for team members. Train customers and sales team on Collision Services applications.
Work with internal and external distribution points, sales teams, and customers to facilitate order placement and resolution. Foster a collaborative work environment.
Stay updated on procedures, training, and system upgrades to enhance performance and service delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of order management experience in a B2B customerservice environment.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP, CRM systems (VantagePoint and ClientLink), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience documenting customer issues in detail and accountability in all tasks, ensuring follow-up on customer issues.
Familiarity with the Automotive Refinish industry is desired to enhance service delivery.

You will manage technical service activities used at packaging manufacturing customer's plants! The TSSR will work directly with internal and external teams to improve the performance of PPG products and work on mutually valuable projects with our customers. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple customer sites while collaborating with customers at various levels to ensure quality and expectations is meeting customer requirements.
Delegate PPG coating technologies to operate successfully in and sometimes outside the established customer operating window.
Handle pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance service to customers.
May be asked to lead projects, assist with process improvements, and look for cost savings for the customer.
Coordinate, investigate, and recommend new business tools for users as requested.
Qualifications
High School Diploma with a technical background in Chemistry and/or Engineering with 5+ years of proven experience in the can making industry.
Experience with customer quality systems and processes.

The Technical ServiceRepresentative (TS-Rep) aims to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth by providing expert technical support for Eastman's AMI products in the Films division, particularly focusing on PVB applications in Architectural and/or Automotive sectors.
Responsibilities include engaging with customers to identify needs, providing technical product and process support, facilitating application development, and building strong relationships within the industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Someone successful in this role acts as knowledge expert in our customers' area of practice, and can therefore, effectively support the sales organization, customerservice, business management, product development, product commercialization and identification of new ideas and insights.
The TS-Rep role involves a blend of technical expertise and customer engagement, requiring problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while traveling. Tasks are dynamic and involve both remote and on-site interactions. Technical ServiceRepresentatives provide technical support to our direct and downstream customers on commercial and developing products to ensure successful production and continued earnings growth for Eastman.
The Technical ServiceRepresentative (TS-Rep) is responsible for connecting with the external environment to identify opportunities and threats in the Films division, particularly for PVB applications. They support the AMI core business by providing technical product and lamination process assistance to customers, both remotely and on-site, encompassing activities such as transitioning customers to Eastman existing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues through usage of analytical and statistical tools, monitoring competitive activities in the market and identifying customer unmet needs to introducing new products and technologies developed by Eastman. Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Chemical/Physical Science, or a related field required
Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in (thermo)plastics processing and lamination processes, with a focus on PVB applications is preferred. Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma is highly desirable.
Experiences: A minimum of 3 years of industry experience required. Practical experience in technical support roles required, and experience within the automotive or architectural sectors is preferred. Previous roles that involved direct customer engagement and application development in a materials or chemical context would be beneficial.

The base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $143,000.

Key Responsibilities

Handle pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance service to customers.
May be asked to lead projects, assist with process improvements, and look for cost savings for the customer.
Coordinate, investigate, and recommend new business tools for users as requested.
Qualifications
High School Diploma with a technical background in Chemistry and/or Engineering with 5+ years of proven experience in the can making industry.
Experience with customer quality systems and processes.
