As the Operations Director for Aerospace Transparencies, you will develop and maintain an organization for the Global Transparencies business that supports both Commercial and Operational strategies. Stimulate plant managers and sites personnel to think outside the box. Drive the root cause/corrective action process for critical issues and ensure that all corrective actions are completed and sustained and drive the predicted results. Conformance with the PPG and SBU Quality and EH&S policies. Ensure MOCs, RCCA for EHS CARs and Quality CARs are completed as expected.
