    As a Production Supervisor, you will execute the production plan and supervise the group leads, and hourly associates throughout the shift. The Production Facilitator will oversee multiple activities simultaneously and take ownership of the output of group leaders and associates working on your team. The Production Facilitator is also expected to work with other functions within the facility to execute plant-wide initiatives. Achieve daily production and OEE target by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, and monitoring progress. Resolve problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending or executing actions Maintain records and reporting of pounds, clean times, efficiency, and utilization. Communicate job expectations and ensure that employees are performing up to expectations in both productivity and quality by coaching, training, and counseling. Periodically assess the status of employees in training and existing employees for skill development Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement ideas to develop systematic and sustainable processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Location/Division Specific Information: Within the Pharma Services Group (PSG), the High Point, NC location specializes in gelatin-based drug delivery dosage forms (softgels). Our expertise lies in the development and production of various softgel technologies. How Will You Make an Impact? The Formulation Technician II will be responsible for operating an encapsulating machine to produce products from pre-mixed ingredients, ensuring accurate temperatures, machine settings, equipment set-ups, in-process measurements, and quality product. A Day in the Life: Manufacture simple, bulk products Observe machine operation, adjust as needed, take samples of product, and perform in-process testing Assist Set-Up person to set up machine, empty basket, clean and prepare machine for changeover, and assist with the actual changeover Assist with cleanup and other encapsulation duties as needed Operate inline printing equipment Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
