    As a Production Supervisor, you will execute the production plan and supervise the group leads, and hourly associates throughout the shift. The Production Facilitator will oversee multiple activities simultaneously and take ownership of the output of group leaders and associates working on your team. Achieve daily production and OEE target by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, and monitoring progress. Resolve problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending or executing actions Maintain records and reporting of pounds, clean times, efficiency, and utilization. Communicate job expectations and ensure that employees are performing up to expectations in both productivity and quality by coaching, training, and counseling. Periodically assess the status of employees in training and existing employees for skill development Facilitate change and drive continuous improvement ideas to develop systematic and sustainable processes. Perform other duties as assigned.
