The AI Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating the governance and execution of strategic digital and AI transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in facilitating key advisory and steering committees, ensuring alignment of AI and platform portfolios with business strategy and capital constraints, and driving value capture through agile delivery and stakeholder engagement. In addition to facilitating governance forums, the AI Program Manager will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that AI and platform initiatives are both strategically aligned and operationally executable.

Responsibilities
Governance & Strategic Alignment
Support the AI Program Leader in cascading Digital Advisory Board (DAB) decisions to portfolio governance teams, ensuring alignment of AI and digital platform evolution with business strategy.
Coordinate annual planning cycles by working with AI product owners to prepare and present business cases to the DAB.
Assist the AI Program Leader in aligning value capture and cost allocation with functional, finance, and P&L leaders, ensuring timely inputs and documentation
Portfolio & Program Management
Create and manage the governance calendar for AI/Digital portfolio steering committees, ensuring timely, high-quality updates and decision-making.
Track and report portfolio-level progress, including progress toward Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Maintain and update a portfolio-level risk tracker; support product teams in executing mitigation plans effectively.
Support the AI Value Stream Leader in tracking and optimizing capital (CapEx) and operational (OpEx) expenditures.
Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement for SAFe-related ceremonies and agile delivery milestones.
Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to ensure delivery roadmaps are realistic, resourced, and aligned with strategic goals.
Identify and remove delivery roadblocks by escalating issues and coordinating across teams.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Monitor industry trends and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in AI program delivery.
Recommend enhancements to governance processes, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency and value realization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in digital transformation or IT program management
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) required
Proven experience facilitating executive-level governance boards
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, digital platforms, and AI technologies
Highly organized individual that enjoys driving standardization and process implementation across complex projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on delivery mindset
Experience with capital planning and value tracking tools
Familiarity with enterprise-level AI and data analytics products is a plus

Your role at Clorox:

What we look for:
Two (2) years of machining experience with set-up, change-over, shut-down capabilities in a manufacturing environment.
Previous manufacturing experience with adherence to a manufacturing schedule.
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and Pushing or pulling weight in excess of 1000 pounds with a manual hand truck.
High School Diploma required. Some post high school education is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and demonstrated experience fixing equipment strongly preferred (Standard Timing Model Machine).

Your role at Clorox:
Performs material and inventory movements in support of all manufacturing activities. Material movements include receipts, put away, picking, yielding, loading/unloading trucks, and restacking cartons on pallets, cycle counting, and other special assignments. Your role at Clorox:
The EIC Technician is a critical part of the of the Maintenance and Production teams, responsible for keeping equipment running in a safe and efficient manner. The EIC Technician will:
Ensure that all electrical equipment is in safe operating condition
Practice safe work habits daily and ensure all safety processes are followed.
Maintain proper tools in good working condition and keep work areas clean.

Assist with developing training documentation and participate in the training of new maintenance team members.

Conduct equipment installations and system development/troubleshooting as required to align to current standards.
Investigate connectivity issues to diagnose and resolve network connection problems.
Assist in maintaining program/PLC backups for devices to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other PLC systems.
Support and troubleshoot Profibus, ControlNet, and Ethernet data communication systems.
Replace defective components or parts, using hand tools and precision instruments.
Set up and operate specialized or standard test equipment to diagnose, test, or analyze the performance of electronic components, assemblies, or systems.
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, or engineering instructions for assembling electronics units, applying knowledge of electronic theory and components.
Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers or field representatives as necessary to procure replacement parts.
Review electrical engineering plans to ensure adherence to design specifications and compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
Assemble, test, or maintain circuitry or electronic components, according to engineering instructions, technical manuals, or knowledge of electronics, using hand or power tools.
Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions, or amendments to outdated material.
Maintain system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment.
Educate equipment operators on the proper use of equipment.
Integrate software or hardware components, using computer, microprocessor, or control architecture.
Install or maintain electrical control systems, industrial automation systems, or electrical equipment, including control circuits, variable speed drives, or programmable logic controllers.
Execute PM work orders and create work orders for issues found during PM inspections.
Troubleshoot, repair, improve, and maintain all equipment including all electrical components, drive systems, conveyors, processing equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, utilities, etc.
Utilize shop equipment, measurement and other diagnostic tools, and power and hand tools to assess the condition of new and used equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and vendor developed programs.
Become SAP proficient to pull weekly work schedule and evaluate work orders and concerns to escalate appropriately to ensure scheduled work can be completed.
Prepare maintenance daily reports using activity logs, analysis, and trends.
Provide electrical support to capital and internal projects. This includes documentation, job scopes, managing contractors, and participating in meetings.

Your role at Clorox:
The Assistant Manager, Sales Accounting, partners with all domestic Clorox business units to provide accounting oversight and support. This position will lead and support various aspects of the monthly and quarterly close processes for trade fund accounting. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of monthly and quarterly close processes related to trade funds for all domestic business units. This includes ownership of month/quarter-end accruals, balance sheet account reconciliations, system reconciliations, analytics and reporting.
• Support annual trade fund and SMG "sweep" (reconciliation and close out) of fund year.
• Provide mentorship and support in trade fund accounting matters and other ad hoc requests. Be the 'center of expertise' for
above areas, performing research, updating policies and analyzing emerging pronouncements as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to external audit activities including preparation and review of audit requirements. Identify, recommend and implement process improvements including driving automation/simplification of processes and improving visibility on roles and responsibilities and improving internal control environment.

Your role at Clorox:
The Transportation Manager, Dedicated and Inbound is responsible for the oversight of transportation operations of the Clorox dedicated fleets (customer and interplant) and inbound loads servicing our facilities. Your role at Clorox:
The Solution Architect - SAP Security & GRC will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Clorox's enterprise SAP landscape, with a focus on hands on security design, governance, and operations across S/4HANA and supporting systems based on experience. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, IAM, and Cybersecurity to ensure alignment with company-wide identity and access strategies.
Support and contribute to the shift from project-based delivery to stable, long-term SAP security operations post-Vista.
Architect and support SAP IAG Bridge integrations with GRC Access Control, including configuration of Identity Authentication (IAS) and Identity Provisioning Services (IPS), secure SAP Cloud Connector, and BTP subaccount administration.

8+ years of SAP Security/GRC experience.
Deep expertise in SAP Security and GRC Access Control (GRC 12.0 or later).
