About the Project Controls Team This 12-week internship plan is designed for college students seeking hands-on experience in Project Controls that will also provide exposure to overall Project Management. The program will be structured as a series of rotations through the core functions of Project Controls: Estimating, Risk Management, Schedule Management, and Cost Management. The program will culminate in a collaboratively selected capstone project, that will empower interns to integrate their learnings and experience into a meaningful, value-driven initiative. II.
