Qualifications Basic Qualifications Completed freshman year of undergraduate studies with a declared major in Business, Education, Information Technology, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 3.00 GPA. Strong writing skills with attention to detail. Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Digital Training Intern, you will assist the Digital Adoption team in creating, managing, and enabling digital adoption solutions that drive user adoption and enhance the employee experience. Your responsibilities may include: Support WalkMe platform setup and configuration for new deployments and enterprise rollouts. Develop and maintain the digital adoption platform user content. Assist analysts conduct training sessions and certification support. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote training and enablement best practices, governance standards, and innovative digital adoption strategies. Contribute to initiatives that scale the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) maturity across business units. Help implement advanced features and ensure alignment with center of excellence standards. Gather feedback and analytics to create success stories that demonstrate WalkMe's impact on user adoption and business outcomes. Perform quality assurance on the digital adoption platform owner and user experiences and leverage analytics to identify optimization opportunities. Support reporting and insights to measure engagement and adoption effectiveness. Assist with monthly reporting for WalkMe initiatives and other duties as assigned by management.
