Overview
This position is responsible for performing, under supervision, challenging engineering work but with limited direct responsibility. Job Summary:
The ACE Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining and repairing devices, machines and equipment as well as preventive maintenance of all ACE equipment. This position is responsible to ensure the building structures, fixtures and other company related services are operating smoothly and efficiently.
Techs are also responsible for proper documentation of all work performed and to be involved as required in the day-to-day production. Tech may train employees on the handling of equipment. Travel may be required as needed, depending on the location. * Replace parts on tanks as required.
* Visually recertify tanks.
* Clean up work area after work is completed daily
* Identify and report when replacement supplies are needed.

+ Lay-out, fabricate, install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain ductwork for ventilation applications. These systems will vary in complexity, size, and rating.
+ Must be able to work well with others and be able to take direction.
+ Train apprentices in work-related areas to enhance installation knowledge, productivity, and safety.
+ Strong organizational and planning skills; Able to effectively allocate and develop resources.
+ Reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
+ Maintain safe work environment by complying with safety policies and procedures.
