Nothing. We've had four different CEOs that have retired with golden parachutes thanks to ECO-SERVICES funding the company's massive debt.
They have destroyed ECO-SERVICES, the “cash cow” as Pierre Clamadieu described the company.

Eco-Services was partnered with PQ by financial group CCMP. They were heavily in debt and used Eco to pay loans due in 2018.
They have laid off staff, froze pensions, and decreased 401k matches. No longer provide LTD medical insurance for workers or families. They have destroyed Eco's morale and many have retired or resigned.
