Colin Shannon is President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director for PRA. Since 2007, Mr. Shannon has served as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for PRA. Mr. Shannon has contributed significantly to the development of PRA's current mission and vision. As COO, he has been instrumental in driving PRA's decision-making processes and building a talented pool of clinical professionals.

Margaret Keegan joined Pra Health Sciences in 2019 as EVP and Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the Pra Health Sciences Executive Committee. She is also the current Chair of the CDISC board.Prior to this she was President, Clinical Operations at IQVIA having also held the role as President Data Management, Biostatistics, Safety and Regulatory. She has held a variety of senior leadership positions spanning all functions within development. Margaret was a member of the IQVIA Executive Leadership Team.Having led most functions across clinical development (biostatistics, programming, data management, clinical and project management), Margaret has designed an integrated end to end development model focused on productivity, transparency and real time decision making, whilst reducing infrastructure costs for sponsors. In addition, her roles have spanned Clinical Development, including oversight of strategic alliances with third party vendors, and all major cross-functional IT systems and processes. Margaret has over 25 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, having held leadership roles at large pharmaceutical and CRO companies. She has led statistics, programming, data management, late phase and clinical functions, and has worked in Europe and the United States. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics and is a Chartered Statistician.
