Use to be good when it was Harrahs
HR is biased especially if you worked there for years. Will always protect the company over being ethical. Say they are not racist but are if your not tribal.
Competitive pay
Lower leadership is ok but upper director and GM not Involved in lower management or team members.
Be more transparent and honest. Follow their own polices and not leave it open for what they want to do if they don’t like you and change policies to their liking or benefit at the time.
