Position Summary:

Our client is seeking an in-house sales & customer service representative. The job will focus on direct-to-consumer sales and supporting our nationwide dealer network. For the customer service portion, the job will entail tech support, parts replacement, and add-ons for our existing customers.
Responsibilities
Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use
Familiarize yourself with current information about our services and products available for customers
Perform assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
Accurately digitally record customer demographics, sales orders, and other information in the company software.
Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company
Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service and sales team
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong computer skills with email, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn new systems
Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the customer service team
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
Knowledge of customer service best practices and ability to adapt as needed
Being able to travel and assist two to three times a year with conferences or trade shows in other states
Salary
$55,000 - $75,000 with company benefits
