We are looking to fill one part-time position to be part of this team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRIMARYDUTIES:
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect while maintaining agency standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity.
Provide crisis support to engage in successful participation in becoming stable and seeking appropriate program engagement in moving through a mental health or substance use crisis.
Assist individuals in connecting to programs that promote rehabilitation skills in areas including but not limited to symptom management, medication management, personal hygiene and health, housekeeping and laundry, budgeting and money management, meal planning and preparation, transportation, and applications for entitlements or other services.
Facilitate the effective use of services that are offered in the area to maintain stability.
Assess issues of concern with immediate need and the reason for contacting 911.
Advocate for patient right and facilitate effective use or services through individual choice.
Ensure that all necessary medical, psychiatric, therapy, and other service-related appointments are passed on to the team providing services to the patient.
Engage in communicate between partners of the Community Crisis Response team in a professional and growth minded manner/
Maintain appropriate documentation consistent with agency policies and procedures.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Assisting clinical and administrative staff as needed.
Reinforcing and monitoring patients behavioral expectations in alignment with treatment planning.
Enforce all residential policies and regulations and report violations to the clinical staff.
Supporting with orientation for new admissions, when requested.
Helping assign and supervise residential activities.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Electronic Health Record, CARF policies, Feedback Informed Treatment, Nurtured Heart Approach, licensure standards and other parts of Prairie Ridge processes as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Associate of arts degree in human services preferred. Or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Two years relevant experience in a related field.

What is an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team?
An ACT Team is a multidisciplinary group that provides comprehensive, community-based psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation, and support to individuals with severe mental illnesses. ACT teams offer services directly in the community, including medication management, therapy, crisis intervention, and assistance with daily living activities. The goal is to reduce hospitalizations and improve the quality of life by helping individuals live independently and achieve their personal recovery goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide supervision of clinical services for the ACT Team.
Plan, implement and manage staffing to ensure required level of service to participants.
Facilitate team/staff meetings to encourage transparency amongst the inter-disciplinary team and provide clinical direction as appropriate.
Coordinate with ACT Team members and scheduling of all consultation meetings
Assist patients and staff with any telehealth related IT issues such as getting screens connected, troubleshooting IT and process issues when they arise, making sure patients have necessary information to connect to telehealth services.
Keep support staff updated on any schedule changes with patients or team members related to meetings and consultations.
Respond to emerging clinical and customer service needs in a prompt and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with other members of residential, care management, leadership and administrative staff to meet the customer service and clinical needs of participants and their families, including an on-call rotation with ACT Team members.
Monitor participant level of service and treatment provision by the team in accordance with guidelines for ACT Teams.
Ensure training and clinical supervision is provided within scope of practice.
Monitor the team/staff adherence to clinical documentation standards.
Review case records as to clinical appropriateness (i.e., clinical interventions are appropriate, follow-up services are documented, etc.)
Interview, hire, and train new staff members.
Provision of clinical services as needed.
Assist the program in developing policies and procedures.
Participate in CQI programming.
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect while maintaining agency standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity.
Maintain all HIPAA and 42 CFR confidentiality requirements and regulations as outlined in CARF policies and procedures.
Comply with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR POSITION
Masters degree in a licensable behavioral healthcare field or nursing.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice with knowledge of, and experience in, use of evidence-based practices.
Preferred experience working as part of an Assertive Community Treatment Team or other community-based mental health service.
Skill in group, individual and/or family counseling as appropriate.
Travel may be required as this is a community-based program.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee Program Managers and Credentialing teams; set goals, coach, and hold teams accountable to SLAs/KPIs (submittals→interviews→starts, time-to-fill, show rate, retention, gross margin).
Contract Operations: Lead all operations for federal contracts related to healthcare staffing and services; ensure adherence to contract terms, deliverables, reporting cadence, and change orders.
Workforce Delivery: Drive workforce planning, requisition prioritization, and fill strategy across Nursing, Allied, APPs, and Physicians; resolve escalations rapidly.
Credentialing & Compliance: Ensure Joint Commission/CMS compliance, state/federal requirements, background/I-9/E-Verify, immunizations, licenses, certifications; partner with QA on audits.
Process & Systems: Improve SOPs, playbooks, and handoffs across recruiting → credentialing → onboarding → timekeeping/payroll; optimize ATS/CRM usage (Ceipal preferred) and reporting.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the executive point of contact for client program leads; run QBRs, performance reviews, and corrective action plans.
Financial Discipline: Monitor bill/pay stewardship, pricing, discounts, write-offs; forecast starts, revenue, gross margin; collaborate with Finance.
Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate risks (licensure delays, site onboarding, housing, cancellations) and deploy mitigation plans.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting.
Computer experience required, including advanced/proficient use of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, graphs), Word, and Outlook. Must have the ability to use software and have vision to use the software in order to problem solve.
Experience with new technologies or willingness to learn such as Power BI and Tableau along with other future database systems.
5 years experience in a financial field preferred.
CPA certificate or other advanced degree not required but preferred.
Schedule:
80 hours per pay period.
Monday-Friday - 8a-5p.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, you will provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services to individuals, families, and groups. Your work will include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support clients in achieving recovery and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities:
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect while maintaining agency standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and objectivity.
Provide intervention, evaluation/assessment, and individual, group, and family counseling to individuals affected by behavioral health conditions across all outpatient treatment programs.
Develop and maintain a community referral network.
Provide education and training to individuals, groups, and agencies.
Maintain all regulatory, contractual, and documentation standards and data collection, and complete necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Consistently collaborate and coordinate care across all Prairie Ridge services, including, but not limited to, IHH and other programs.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of all documentation and reporting systems, including ISmart, Accreditation Now, MyOutcomes, and the Electronic Health Record.
Attend staff consultations, supervision, and training activities.
Demonstrate proficiency in clinical practices identified as best practices by the agency through supervision and direct observation.
Understand and adhere to all CARF policies and procedures.
Maintain minimum productivity hours as set by agency standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in a behavioral healthcare field licensable in Iowa (required for treatment of a primary mental health diagnosis).
For clinicians treating individuals with a primary mental health diagnosis, a license as an LMFT, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or psychologist is required.
Understanding of Prairie Ridge's mission and the patients we serve.
Proficiency in oral and written communication, as well as record-keeping.
Technology skills sufficient to use electronic health records.
Physical demands: Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

o Collaborate with the Strategic Advancement team to promote local community partnerships and promote services offered by Imagine.
