Reconcile discrepancies in financial records and report findings. Set up and maintain vendor and customer accounts. Work closely with Purchasing, Sales, and Production Departments, particularly on payroll and WIP-related tasks. Assist with and serve as a backup for light HR functions and coordinate with outsourced HR services. Support quarterly and annual accounting cycles as needed.
