Toxic work place
There isn't any. Hope the place has changed with a new GM because the last one was horrible.
Many peers and managers are kind people that are pleasant to work with.
Problems are often addressed by ‘reorganizing’ and shuffling issues around rather than by thoughtful and systematic changes.
