Your Role as a Dietary Manager We are looking for a dedicated Dietary Manager to join our team and oversee foodservice operations within our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures compliance with policies and regulations while providing nutritious meals in a safe environment. What You'll Do: Supervise dietary staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with dietary regulations, company policies, and ASI standards. Plan and oversee meal preparation based on dietitian-approved menus. Maintain budgets, manage inventory, and order necessary supplies. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident-centered care. Uphold high sanitation and food safety standards. Participate in resident care planning and coordinate with Registered Dietitians. Provide professional communication with inspectors and regulatory agencies.
