Role Purpose Statement
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution of food, frozen goods, packaging, and operational supplies within LSG Sky Chefs' supply chain model. This role ensures product integrity, cost control, and compliance with company and regulatory standards while leading a team in a fast-paced, 24/7 airline catering environment.
As a vital member of our operations team, the Materials Operations Supervisor plays a hands-on role on the floor, managing inventory and frozen food logistics, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and supporting production needs. Main Accountabilities
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensure all products are handled in line with company policies, procedures, and best practices in supply chain management.

Maintain accurate inventory by reconciling records with physical counts, utilizing SAP systems for data management.

Manage company and customer-owned merchandise from receipt through issuance to production.
Monitor and control food cost variances, determining par levels and order quantities based on airline specifications, menus, and vendor lead times.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP, safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
Background in warehouse operations, ideally within food production or catering environments.
Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing daily operations, and driving performance.
3-5 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse management.
Proficiency in forklift operations with a valid license; experience with Variable Production Systems and logistics scheduling.
Familiarity with SAP MM is a plus; strong ability to reconcile inventory and manage data accurately.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.

Position Summary
The E&S supervisor is responsible for and oversees the equipment deliveries to all other departments. They make sure all the equipment is being washed correctly and in a timely manner. They cover sick calls and entering corrections in Etime for missed punches. Ensure the shadow trucks come and go in a timely manner, the staging area never fills up with outbound food/glass carts or clean equipment racks. Checking and log the machine temps to ensure the ensure the machines are hitting the right temperature every 2 hours. Understand how the machines operate enough to troubleshoot and fix small problems. Make sure that all the inbound dirty carts are cleaned in the order they are received so no dirty equipment sits for a few days in carts.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and a quick learner with basic computer skills. Someone that can recognize and address a problem before it turns into something much bigger. Has good communication skills. Able to give direction. Able to ensure process target times/deliveries times are being met.

What we Look for in a Candidate
3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced production environment
Expertise in sanitation regulations, food safety standards, and equipment management
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and production management systems
Experience leading teams and managing schedules in a manufacturing or distribution setting with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage competing priorities and lead under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES
Unload product according to customer specifications and SYGMA delivery procedures at customer locations.
Develops and establishes good relationships with customers by providing excellent, courteous service.
Learn route on current bid.
Assist in all aspects of route paperwork.
Works safely by following SYGMA's Preferred Work Methods.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Attend CDL School when scheduled.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED
Assist the driver in the pre-trip and coupling of equipment to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate. Assists with ensuring tandems are properly and safely locked out to meet any applicable laws for weight requirements.
Provides assistance in routing with map reading and giving directions on route. Helps with situations involving low clearances, i.e., getting out of vehicle and directing driver under a low underpass to ensure proper clearance.
Assisting with delivery set up at the customer location. This includes all three compartments of the trailer, and requires directing the driver to ensure the proper set up is attained safely.
Assist driver in backing situations by getting out of the truck and watching for hazards, communicate using hand signals and or verbal communication.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED or the equivalent in work experience is necessary. Previous food distribution and frozen food handling is preferred. You must be able to read and write clearly.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is medium to heavy in nature. Half the day is spent sitting in a tractor/trailer unit. Must be able to climb into trailer, lift 50 lb. boxes frequently, lift up to 75 lb. boxes occasionally, and move product on the 2-wheeler. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.
MENTAL/VISUAL DEMANDS:
You must be able to read at a distance close to the eyes and at arm's length, with or without correction. You may be required to back/direct driver through hand signals or verbal communication.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Activities occur both inside (protection from weather conditions but not temperature changes) and outside. Position is subject to various roads, mechanical and electrical hazards.

A two wheeled dolly. A pallet jack.

Job Summary
As a member of the Engineering staff, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design of new products, prototypes, and carries through to full production. This Engineer will also be responsible for technical support of some mature products currently in production. This includes Code Changes, maintenance of Bills of Material, electrical schematics and drawings, assistance in troubleshooting and new installation verifications, design reviews, simple mechanical designs, documentation packages, pre-production builds and transfers to production.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Designs and tests electrical and electronic products or systems.
Designs and maintains electrical control systems and components to required specifications, focusing on safety, reliability, and cost.
Creates wiring schematics, electrical harnessing, and Bills of Material relevant to electrical systems.
Sizes and integrates overload and short circuit protections based on current applicable safety regulations, such as NEC, UL, and SAE.
Writes manufacture and test procedures and reports. Participates in project teams and all activities related to the development and maintenance of products.
Collaborates within the Engineering team to ensure design constraints are met, tested, and delivered on time and within budget.
Provides technical support to Sales and Marketing for bids and proposals.
Productively function in a fast-paced Engineering department that works intimately with manufacturing plant.
Works cross-functionally with all other departments regarding electric controls and systems.

Job Qualifications and Skills
