New York Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $284,306 to $414,001 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. We provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art diabetes care using a team-based approach to care - meaning, our team of full-time endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, diabetes educators and nutritionists all work together to help patients successfully treat diabetes and prevent its complications
On-site screening for osteoporosis - because with proper detection, education, prevention, and treatment, together we can beat this silent disease
Comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of all thyroid disorders, including Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Thyroid nodules, and Thyroid cancer
We provide on-site thyroid laboratory testing, thyroid function testing, thyroid imaging with ultrasonography, and thyroid biopsies
Comprehensive medical and procedural endocrine care within a team of 14 highly skilled, fellowship-trained Endocrinologists and Advanced Practice Clinicians
Consult with patients about the status of their endocrine health, while providing them with the latest advancements in care
Start your days in out state-of-the-art, multi-specialty outpatient offices and finish your days rounding at the local hospital
Refer patients to advanced specialists as needed
Examine & diagnose patients, oversight of all treatment prior to and post-surgery and identify associated risks
Order tests and interpret results to determine the best treatment options
Maintain appropriate medical records and results
Proficiency / comfort with thyroid biopsies highly preferred but not required

Position Responsibilities:
The Endocrinology specialists at Crystal Run Healthcare are based out of our office locations in Middletown, NY; Monroe, NY; Newburgh, NY; West Nyack, NY; Rock Hill, NY; and Warwick, NY.
An ideal candidate would be someone based primarily out of our Middletown, NY office location (i.e., 95 Crystal Run Road), with the potential of sharing some limited time weekly in our Monroe, NY office in the future (i.e., likely 1-2 days per week).
Investigate, diagnose, and treat full range of endocrine system disorders, which encompasses everything from diabetes to hyperthyroidism to osteoporosis
We provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art diabetes care using a team-based approach to care - meaning, our team of full-time endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, diabetes educators and nutritionists all work together to help patients successfully treat diabetes and prevent its complications
On-site screening for osteoporosis - because with proper detection, education, prevention, and treatment, together we can beat this silent disease
Comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of all thyroid disorders, including Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Thyroid nodules, and Thyroid cancer
We provide on-site thyroid laboratory testing, thyroid function testing, thyroid imaging with ultrasonography, and thyroid biopsies
Comprehensive medical and procedural endocrine care within a team of 14 highly skilled, fellowship-trained Endocrinologists and Advanced Practice Clinicians
Consult with patients about the status of their endocrine health, while providing them with the latest advancements in care
Start your days in out state-of-the-art, multi-specialty outpatient offices and finish your days rounding at the local hospital
Refer patients to advanced specialists as needed
Examine & diagnose patients, oversight of all treatment prior to and post-surgery and identify associated risks
Order tests and interpret results to determine the best treatment options
Maintain appropriate medical records and results
Proficiency / comfort with thyroid biopsies highly preferred but not required

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide complete comprehensive testing and treatment of all pulmonary disorders within a team of highly skilled, fellowship-trained Pulmonologist's
Diagnose and treat all aspects of pulmonary disease, including asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease, and lung cancer
Our pulmonary specialists have access to the latest diagnostic treatments and technology. Using cutting-edge diagnostic equipment, our pulmonary doctors evaluate issues like a chronic cough and shortness of breath, including Chest X-Rays, CT scans, Bronchoscopy, and an on-site state-of-the-art Pulmonary Function Testing lab
Our Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care specialists are also experienced in the treatment of critically ill hospitalized patients-pulmonary diseases are common among patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or the Critical Care Unit (CCU). Our pulmonologists provide ICU/CCU services at the nearby St. Anthony Community Hospital
Procedures generally include, but are not limited to bronchoscopies, thoracentesis, and providing IR support
Consult with patients about the status of their health, while providing them with the latest advancements in care
