Junior Appian Developer
Precise is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Associate Appian Developer to join our team supporting the development and maintenance of a mission-critical federal government solution. This is a remote position.
The Appian Developer will evaluate business requirements provided by system end users and business stakeholders, translate high-level requirements into detailed designs, and plan solutions using provided information and materials. Responsibilities will include the design, development, architecture, implementation, and support of end-to-end business applications on the Appian BPM platform.
Qualified candidates must be U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or EAD/GC holders and must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Appian's Business Process Management Suite to improve human-centric business processes.
Design and implement data models based on customer application requirements.
Support hands-on development, Proof of Concepts, and demos as needed.
Provide expertise in multiple related technologies, including SQL and Appian configurations.
Develop and implement Appian and web-based applications.
Provide technical guidance to other developers when required.
Draft and update documentation, including custom use cases, agile user stories, and BPMN process models.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience required.
Appian Level 1 or 2 Certification required.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Appian RPA/BPM, Java, and APIs.
Experience with integrations with external systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to scope Appian projects and provide accurate estimates.

How you will contribute

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
Oracle Applications Expertise: 10-12+ years of comprehensive experience in the implementation, configuration, upgrade, integration, localization and enhancement of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain applications (EBS R12) at a Global level.
Project Leadership: 6+ years of proven leadership managing end-to-end Oracle Application projects across the full SDLC-from requirements gathering to go-live and hyper care support.

Minimum Requirements:

Comprehensive experience with in-direct sales through integrators, leveraging a strong network of relationships.
Knowledge of emerging market needs in the field of video-based security technologies including information technology, local and wide area networks, wireless devices, and software analytics.
Must have good technical competency to understand and effectively communicate information about Verint products.
Proven capability to successfully penetrate into end users and call on senior-level organizational contacts.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be located in or very near the Mid Atlantic territory.
Willingness to travel 50%+ to the assigned region and throughout the U.S. as required.

**Overview of Job Function:**
The Account Executive is responsible for driving business in assigned accounts (new and installed as assigned) with a concentration on new add-on business and product expansion across the Midwest Territory. The AE is expected to identify, drive, and sell Verint solutions and maintain effective account relationships within their assigned territory. **Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**
