As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tom Curtis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his naval aviation career spanning nearly three decades as a fleet pilot and engineering test pilot. In one of his most notable roles, Tom served as the Navy’s chief engineer for the V-22 Osprey Tiltrotor aircraft where he was responsible for all V-22 design decisions. In his last Navy tour, Tom served as program manager for a complete redesign and fielding of the Marine Corps’ newest helicopters, the AH 1Z and UH 1Y.

Tom continues to serve our nation’s warfighters as CEO of one the fastest-growing companies providing cutting edge solutions to our Armed Forces. During his time as CEO, Tom has overseen a more than tenfold growth in Precise Systems’ workforce, capabilities, and customer base.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Management from Central Michigan University, and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering (Avionics Specialty) from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Scott is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Precise Systems. Under Scott’s leadership and strategic vision, Precise Systems has become one of the fasting growing Government support service companies with several hundred employees supporting customers from coast-to-coast in the continental U.S. Despite our rapid growth, his continued focus on “Putting People First” and “Delighting the Customer” has created an infectious culture and energy amongst our employees.

Prior to joining Precise in June of 2001, Scott served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps for 11 years. He was a highly decorated Marine CH-53E Crew Chief with several deployments overseas.

Scott’s acquisition experience spans the entire life cycle of a major weapon system. He is DAWIA certified in both Program Management and Systems Engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. His personal awards include an Air Medal with Combat Valor (Strike / Flight), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals (2), and the Marine Corps Aviation Association’s 1996 recipient of the Danny L Radish Award, Enlisted Aircrewman of the Year Award.
