Replace thinner and totes as needed to ensure continuous operation. Apply color coding to products as specified by customer or internal requirements. Conduct thorough inspections of painted parts and products to ensure quality standards and identify any defects. Prepare orders for shipment by accurately completing and utilizing shipping paperwork, transfer sheets, tagging processes, and shipping orders. Utilize and interpret essential shipping documents, including bills of lading, product prints, production schedules, packing lists, shipping orders, and return goods authorizations. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on paint booths and associated systems to ensure optimal performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area in and around the paint booth. Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols to support the well-being of team members, the community, and the environment. Commit to achieving the highest product quality standards from the moment an order is received through to its completion. As business needs arise, complete assignments in other areas and related task assignments in work areas under the guidance of lead or supervisor.
