Remote - Based in the US with US travel

Responsibilities
For this opportunity, the ideal candidate will be working with multiple work locations across the U.S., We are currently in need of a Top Secret CI Poly, or Full Scope Poly cleared VMware Engineer. The candidate will work onsite at one of multiple Army bases in support of VMware VCF deployments across the US. The team will consist of 5-6 team members, working alongside an Architect and Staff Consultant to deploy and optimize VCF at each site. The consultant will go onsite, analyze the environment and work with the team to come up with a plan for the customer to best utilize their new VCF environment. If consultants are not near an Army base that can support onsite work, travel expenses will be provided to get there on a weekly basis.
Travel to assigned Army bases throughout the U.S. to provide onsite VCF deployment and support
Analyze the customer's existing infrastructure and collaborate with team members to develop an optimal deployment strategy
Install, configure, and maintain VMware, ensuring stability and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve network, storage, and virtualization issues within VCF environments
Document processes and solutions clearly for both internal teams and customers
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely status updates and recommendations
Requirements
Consultants may have a local base to work out of or a travel budget to get them to one on a weekly basis.
We expect all roles to be fully onsite soon.
Experience deploying VMware VCF OR the product suite as separates and the ability to obtain VCF certification in the 30 days prior to starting the project
Must have excellent communication skills
VCF certification
Education/Certification Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
Security +
VCF certification (VMWare, VCF 5.2, VCF 9.0 certifications desired) (Must have within 60 days of starting)
Clearance Requirements
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with CI Poly or Full Scope Poly is required

To perform the set up and operation of a CNC Lathe
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
More specifically, the employee owner will:
Perform setup and operation of CNC (or manual) Lathe - Typical operations include ID and OD turning
Produce quality parts that fall within the supplied, or standard, tolerances
Be able to use measuring equipment to validate and ensure part quality
Read and follow work orders, including Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders
Achieve a throughput level that is at or above expectation
Be able to run a manual lathe
Occasionally run multiple machines, simultaneously
Work with a good attitude and willingness to be flexible with daily demands
Perform all activities in a safe manner, per job specific training and general safety rules
Be able to distinguish the size difference of the tube stock, shafting, slugs, and plates
Be able to perform programming sequence to create new programs
Be able to change out tooling - Including: cutting inserts, tool holders, drills, etc.
Perform required preventative maintenance
Maintain knowledge on differences between pulleys and pulley subcomponents
Willingness to work in other areas/functions within the plant
Regular, consistent attendance.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
Communicate positively with supervisors, fellow workers, and other internal customers
