Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for tactical and strategic pricing development in a fast-paced high mix / high volume aerospace manufacturing company. You will utilize existing pricing models, historical pricing data and cost estimating tools. You will perform pricing analysis and present recommendations to sales team. The Estimator will review and process Requests for Quote professionally and accurately, analyze customer requirements, and ensure our ability to meet customer requirements and comply established processes and industry standards
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Support Account Managers as primary internal customer
* Develop strategic pricing for major proposal bids using internally developed costs and market data
* Analyze data as required to resolve moderately complex cost and pricing questions
* Review component specifications, including technical drawings, bills of material and manufacturing routings to calculate current costs
* Ensure pricing calculations are aligned with current market conditions to achieve margin targets
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal support functions including Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing.
* Coordinate with Engineering to review customer drawings and ensure component characteristics and technical requirements conform to our product designs
* Review cost data with Purchasing and Engineering groups to ensure data is correct and appropriate for use in our pricing calculations, as required
* Review and process customer Requests for Quote
* Update and present daily quote metrics to sales team management
* Present quote lines for SOX financial approval, as required
* Follow all departmental procedures, company policies, regulatory requirements and customer specifications with a high degree of fidelity and accuracy
* Perform peer-to-peer quality review of pricing development and Quote creation. Document all quality escapes and corrective actions
* Maintain required performance metrics (win-rate, etc…) to ensure compliance with business objectives and AS9100 standards
* Recommend improvement actions by analyzing and interpreting data along with input from team members and internal process partners
* Work with limited supervision
* Other duties as assigned
Experience & Education
Required Experience:
* Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, engineering, mathematics or related field
* At least 3 years of experience pricing and/or quoting in a manufacturing environment in lieu of education requirement
* Must have knowledge, experience and competence in the concepts and standard practices of pricing, quoting and related costing and in a high mix / high volume manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience:
* Experience in the Aerospace industry is strongly preferred
* Experience reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, specifications and other technical documents is strongly preferred
Required Skills:
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to analyze and solve a variety of moderately complex pricing and cost problems
* Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify market intelligence and or patterns in RFQ data
* Strong bias for action with a curious and investigative nature to understand our markets and pricing at a strategic level
* Advanced Excel skills
* Intermediate skills with MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Must have extensive experience developing pricing and preparing quotes in an ERP system
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Must possess exceptional time management skills, be highly organized and have the proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple pricing projects and deliver assignments and daily deliverables on time
* Must be able to work extended hours when required to meet business objectives
* Experience with report writing and presentation preparation is a plus

The Data Solutions Specialist manages our customers' variable data for printed labeling. Examples include price tags containing data such as item prices, sizes, and barcodes as well as care and content labels - either printing and shipping to the customer or enabling the customer to print themselves. Your Responsibilities

Basic Job Functions:

The Maintenance Automation Controls Technician will be responsible for handling mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and fabrication tasks at the Verco Fontana plant, working alongside the maintenance team. Additionally, they will support and enhance automation systems across our three plants located in Fontana, CA; Antioch, CA; and Phoenix, AZ.
The primary focus of this role emphasizes collaboration with maintenance and production teams to develop, modify, and optimize automation systems to enhance reliability, productivity, and efficiency. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining automation control systems, as well as training team members to build capabilities.
Candidates must be willing to travel for training and business needs and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in writing, modifying, and troubleshooting logic code using ControlLogix/Studio 5000 platforms.
Experience with FactoryTalk SE HMI applications-capable of writing and modifying interfaces.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.).
Industrial maintenance - hydraulics, pneumatics. Fabricating and welding, blueprint reading, basic electrical and basics mechanical skills,' rigging, machining, use of micrometers, plumbing
Previous mechanical/maintenance experience
Team-oriented with a proven ability to collaborate on projects and process upgrades.
Commitment to continued technical skill development and adoption of emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
Familiarity with encoders, motion control systems, and interpreting associated code/data.
Ability to configure network settings, including IP, subnet, gateway, and DNS servers.
Experience with servo systems, robotics programming, and motion controls.
5 years of experience in the industrial electrical maintenance field.

Purpose: Lead the coordination and execution of rebar detailing, modular prefabrication, and BIM workflows across complex construction projects. This role requires strong project management, technical expertise in 3D modeling, and the ability to drive collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management, including contract review, detailing coordination, scheduling, delivery, and cost control.
Manage BIM workflows and model accuracy; oversee clash detection and ensure constructability for modular prefab and site placement.
Coordinate directly with contractors, engineers, architects, detailers, and field teams to align on project goals and timelines.
Support change order review and processing; ensure accurate documentation and customer communication.
Develop and maintain standardized modular workflows-from initial concept through modeling, fabrication, delivery, and on-site installation.
Train and support internal teams (modelers, ironworkers, detailers) on modular design, prefab logistics, and rebar placement strategies.
Create modular loading diagrams and analyze cost data to improve forecasting, budgeting, and efficiency for future projects.
Contribute to the development and adoption of 3D modeling standards and tools such as Tekla.
Represent Nucor Rebar Fabrication in project meetings, maintaining strong client relationships and alignment with company objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated construction project management experience or at least ten years of reinforcing steel sales, detailing, fabrication, placing, or related steel industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in BIM coordination and project management within construction or fabrication environments.
Proficiency in Tekla or similar 3D modeling software.
Strong understanding of modular construction workflows, rebar detailing, fabrication, and installation.
Working knowledge of ACI codes, CRSI standards, and basic contract law.
Effective leadership and team coordination skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a focus on relationship management and dispute resolution.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Familiarity with standard business practices and human relations in a project-driven environment.
Special Demands:
Occasional travel and job site visits will be required.
PPE must be worn when on the worksite. Such as safety shoes, glasses, hard hats, gloves, hearing protection, etc.
Work schedule may include hours beyond the normal business day.
