Job Description
Position Summary:
Produce quality ceramic cores using Injection Machines. Prepare dies, obtain materials and inject part according to procedure.
Essential Functions:
* Follow written procedures to manufacture quality ceramic cores operating Injection Machines.
* Produce quantities within set standards of each part number, identify core defects and maintain accurate records (routers, CQCS, etc)
* Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
* Monitor material levels and replace as needed
* Must assist Engineers, Quality and Manufacturing as needed.
* Must follow and adhere to all safety procedures.
* Maintain department standards for housekeeping/6S
* Other duties as assigned by supervision
Required Skills:

Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Summary
Join a world class team to create high end electronics cooling solutions for systems such as AI servers, switches, and accelerators. We work hard together to design at the leading edge of cooling technology. Must have relevant coursework in heat transfer and fluid mechanics, and good familiarity with 3D software applications.
As a member of the Hardware Product Development team, you have the ability to work in partnership with hardware, software, and thermal architects within and outside Celestica to define the best in class products. Celestica has a profoundly cooperative and nonconfrontational culture.
Responsibilities:
Complete ownership of thermal design for various electronic products from thermal modeling, design, test, and design revision, until transfer to manufacturing.
Conduct thermal simulations, postprocessing, and analysis ranging from chip to facilities level to verify thermal feasibility, risk, and to inform your designs.
Maintain awareness of heat transfer hardware available from all sources, including how it operates and performs, its cost, and how it can be incorporated into our products.
Conceive and implement ways to enhance and extend operation of heat transfer hardware.
Consider the thermal aspects of chip packaging technologies.
Apply best-in-class fluid flow geometry and technology to cool high heat flux chips.
Determine and consider the effects of contact resistance and the use of Thermal Interface Materials.
Apply air cooling when possible and liquid cooling when necessary to achieve full performance and reliability at the lowest cost.
Size liquid cold plates, heat sinks, heat pipes, air movers, air filters, air ducting, and perforated plates.

Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Lead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions in multiple domains. Participate in project planning and scheduling.
Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of engineers. May be a recognised expert (go to person) in one or more technical areas
Review, interpret and may negotiate customer requirements/specifications and provide customer feedback
Lead the deployment of strategic programs and coordinate site-wide deployment efforts.
Proactively promote industry best practices
May manage relationships with key vendors/partners.
Research systems ideas and will draw up plans for these systems
Design, modify and implement systems that meet customer and Celestica needs.
Create designs in line with Celesticas procedures, regulations and customer standards
Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge and regulations
Solve complex problems
Liaison with suppliers, customers, contractors, and other internal teams.
Recommend system modifications

Job Description
The EHS Supervisor directs the maintenance, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive environmental, health and safety programs/practices for the plant. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and standards to meet or exceed relevant safety & environmental standards in a manner consistent with sound business practice. The EHS Supervisor will direct the work of other salary and/or hourly employees within the department.
Essential Job Functions:
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety laws as well as company policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement environmental and safety policies, programs, and training.
* Maintain employee training records.
* Effectively report and manage all workers' compensation cases. Successfully resolve cases by following up, seeking out legal counsel and attending worker's compensation hearings.
* Guide general safety programs including but not limited to the following: Concern Reporting, Lock-out/Tag-out, Hot Work, Control of Hazardous Waste, Confined Space, OSHA Recordkeeping, Air Emissions Management, Wastewater and Storm Water Management, and Environmental Remediation.
* Perform accident and near miss investigations to determine causation and make work process improvements to eliminate future incidents.
* Manage emergency response including emergency evacuation and coordinating outside emergency response agencies.
