6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday-Friday (1st shift)
Starting pay is $20.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.
Experience preferred, however training is available for the right candidate interested in the position.

Job Responsibilities:

**Pay Transparency Statement (Blended Range Based on Location)**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$75,000 - $100,000** , which represents a **blended compensation range across multiple geographic pay zones** .

Position Summary
The Director, Enterprise Network Services is responsible for full ownership of ITT's global enterprise networking, voice, and video platforms. This individual leads a high-performing, globally distributed team of network architects, engineers, and administrators to ensure reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-effective network operations and modernization initiatives. The role includes 24/7 operational accountability and strategic oversight across LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, NAC, voice/telephony, cloud connectivity, segmentation, and observability platforms.

Lead 24x7 operations for all network services, ensuring reliability, uptime, and service excellence across global regions.
Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes, driving root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
Ensure consistent execution of patching, vulnerability management, configuration management, inventory/CMDB accuracy, and lifecycle refresh programs.
Own observability and monitoring strategies for proactive issue identification and resolution.
Project Delivery
Provide leadership for all networking, voice, and video project execution, including lifecycle refreshes, data center migrations, M&A integrations, and compliance initiatives.
Ensure project delivery adheres to timelines, budgets, and scope, with measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate with PMO, infrastructure, and application teams to coordinate dependencies, resources, and sequencing.
Lead his/her team (individual contributor and operations manager) to develop and execute to well defined and measure project schedules.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; or associate degree with 8 years of well-rounded, relevant experience Further education via an M.B.A. is considered a plus.
Proven experience as a Global Network Manager or Director within IT infrastructure and operations, leading globally distributed teams.
Proven track record of leading major infrastructure and network initiatives (e.g., global network upgrades, SD-WAN implementations, cloud connectivity transformations, data center migrations, technology modernization, compliance certifications, and integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures).

ITT Goulds Pumps is looking for a Product Assurance Analyst to join their team in Seneca Falls, NY. The Product Assurance Analyst is responsible for performing QA and/or customer pump inspections. It also involves interaction and support with the Union personnel building the units. This person will assist in resolving problems incurred and issuing supporting paperwork for resolution.

QA Final Inspection of Assembled pump units-to factory order requirements
Log inspection results into Excel and SharePoint databases that will be used by the Quality Engineers to implement Correction Actions
Verify proper documentation has been acquired from vendors to be submitted per customer requirements
Work with Scheduler for the selection of rough and finished parts to meet QA requirements-stock selects from rough stock
Dimensionally measure finish stock parts when an out of tolerance condition arises on assembly to alleviate future occurrences
Work with shop personnel and foreman to correct discrepancies on inspection jobs in a timely fashion
Assist shop personnel by obtaining component drawings when discrepancies occur during the build process
Working relationship with Software QA Auditor to supply missing required QA documentation to satisfy QA requirements
Personable and knowledgeable to assist and answer questions with outside customers/inspectors
Supply pertinent information with supporting photos to QA Engr. for issuance of discrepancies to vendors
Perform Visual Weld inspections
Perform any special studies or projects as assigned by supervisor
