Make a difference and promote the progress of construction! We are seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Finishers! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform all steps of drywall finishing as a team. * Understands the 5 levels of finishing and demonstrate each. * Utilizes tools such as: Bazookas, Banjos, Flat and angle boxes, corner rollers, and power sanders. * Experience with all types and ranges of commercial drywall finishing. * Measures and marks surface to finish and level of finish work according to blueprints and drawings. * Inspects drywall surfaces for imperfections (screw heads, misaligned joints, bad hanging etc.). then mark drywall surface with pencil prior to starting. * Understands the right joint compound (quick-set, lightweight, or standard) to be used at appropriate situations. * Eliminates visible joints, knows how to eliminate air bubbles, tapes are not blistered, switch and receptacle boxes are finished tight. * Install cornerbead, trim beads, reveal beads straight, plumb and on tight utilizing string lines, laser, square, or straight edge. * Ability to work independently on job sites. * Oversee less experienced installers/laborers. * Coordination with GC and other subcontractors regarding project expectations. * Skill required to patch/repair existing drywall into like-new appearance. Requirements / Experience: * Must have 3 years of experience and skill with Production Finishing and considers themselves a specialist in the field. * Has the experience to be safe with stilts, baker scaffolding, and ladders. * Positive attitude and commitment to acquire trade knowledge and quality excellence. * Compliant with safety procedures. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Demonstrates solid verbal and written communication skills; listens to instruction. * Dependable Transportation. * Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Applies acoustical tiles or shock-absorbing materials to ceilings and walls of buildings to reduce or reflect sound and to decorate rooms. * Washes concrete surfaces with washing soda and zinc sulfate solution before mounting tile to increase adhesive qualities of surfaces. * Inspects furring, mechanical mountings, and masonry surface for plumbness and level, using laser or water level. * Hangs dry lines (stretched string) to wall molding to guide positioning of main runners. * Nails or screws molding to wall to support and seal joint between ceiling tile and wall. * Scribes and cuts edges of tile to fit wall where wall molding is not specified. * Nails channels or wood furring strips to surfaces to provide mounting for tile. * Measures and marks surface to lay out work according to blueprints and drawings. * Cuts tiles for fixture and borders, using keyhole saw, and inserts tiles into supporting framework. * Applies cement to back of tile and presses tile into place, aligning with layout marks and joints of previously laid tile. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Enthusiastic about technology, eager to learn, and up for the challenge. * Dedicated to safety, quality and customer service. * Must have five (5) years of commercial drywall experience. * Constantly promoting a positive attitude and proactive problem solving skills. * Ability to communicate clearly with General Contractors and customers. * Ability to be on one or multiple projects and holds themselves to a high standard of excellence. * Accurately prepare all job progress reports indicating completion, material usage, labor utilization and any issues that may have occurred. * Reports directly to Precision Walls General Superintendent or Superintendents. * Ability to communicate an organized plan of execution for work force to follow. * Manage workforce by evaluating, placement, monitoring and controlling performance strategically. * Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following procedures and company standards. * Immediately report any issues relative to not having the materials, tools or staff that prevent you from meeting production standards. Also report any issues with other trades that is compromising your work or hindering your progress. * Assure that all time sheets for workers are accurate and turned in timely, that starting times, quit times, and lunches are timely. * Responsible to assure that all subcontractor workers are accounted for and signed in and working on assignments. * Coordinate direction and issues with subcontractor employees to their designated supervisor to avoid a co-employer issue. * Works safely and takes action to correct to prevent hazards. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements / Experience: * Understand drywall and ceiling industrys materials and methods, and willing to learn. * Excellent organizational skills sequences & order. * Quality control and material management skills. * Exhibits high attention to detail. * Documentation skills: Daily reports, time cards, work orders, RFIs. * Punctuality and attendance. * Reliable transportation. * Computer and technology savvy (Tablets, mobile phones, etc.). * Bilingual is a plus (English/Spanish).     The Assistant Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing and supervising the construction and delivery of small projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: will also assist a Project Manager on jobs that are over one million dollars. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control and all other aspects of contract management. Responsible for reading blue prints and interpret specifications. Responsible for contract review and keeping the project on target. Responsible for labor and material management. Assists in ordering and Tracking Materials. Assists documentation control. Assists in submitting RFI's. Assists in interpreting RFI's and any other changes to contract drawings, specifications, and/or scope of work. Assists in developing submittal packages per contract specifications. Assists in the complete accurate takeoffs and establish budgets. Assists in monitor and maintaining project schedule to meet or beat deadline. Assists in attending to day to day needs of the field to maximize production. Other duties as assigned.
