Summary: Cleveland Construction is seeking a Pre-construction Manager / Senior Estimator to support to the Preconstruction and Estimating Departments for the Commercial General Contracting and Construction Management Division headquartered in Cleveland, OH. (NOTE: We are hiring one person, but are open to the person sitting in Charlotte, NC or the Cleveland area in Mentor, OH.) The successful candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience. This position will report to Project Managers directly. Candidates with multi-family, hotel, and/or retail GC experience preferred. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in managing the entire scope of a construction project, from handoff through the closeout phase.
