Your day-to-day: Testing & Optimization Develop and manage a structured A/B and multivariate testing roadmap. Build hypotheses, design variations, and analyze test results. Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Prioritize opportunities based on revenue impact, feasibility, and customer experience. Experience & Funnel Optimization Analyze on-site behavior (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings) to identify friction and conversion blockers. Optimize core funnels: home → PLP → PDP → cart → checkout. Recommend CRO improvements across mobile and desktop experiences. Partner with design to evolve UX/UI based on test learnings. Analytics & Insights Perform quantitative analyses on funnel performance and user behavior. Translate CRO insights into simple narratives for non-technical stakeholders. Support site speed diagnostics and performance improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, design, and engineering teams. Ensure testing aligns with product releases, campaigns, and merchandising priorities. Provide CRO insights for landing page builds, email/SMS flows, and acquisition campaigns when helpful. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 3-5+ years of hands-on CRO or e-commerce optimization experience. Strong expertise with Bloomreach. Solid analytics capability: GA4, Looker/Tableau, Hotjar/FullStory, ContentSquare. Experience optimizing Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Ability to convert data into compelling recommendations. Clear communication skills with strong prioritization judgment. This includes setting predictive processes and tools, collecting information, reviewing results, performing vibration analysis, and making maintenance recommendations What You'll Do at Enel North America: Responsibilities, include, but not limited to: * Participate in the condition-based monitoring (CMS) program in EGPNA (vibration, oil and grease analysis, borescopes, blades) from collecting information, reviewing results, making inspection/ repair recommendations and reviewing work performed by OEMs or ISPs. Strong focus on drive train vibration measurement, analysis and proactive problem detection. * Perform real time monitoring and case management of the EGPNA fleet utilizing vibration alarming and diagnostics software * Complete full predictive maintenance analytics, including CMS analysis, temperature analysis, tribology analysis, and case management * Perform SCADA data mining and diagnosis for performance control and proactive problem solving. * Evaluate improvement options from OEMs or ISPs. * Monitor the implementation of new procedures, retrofits, and predictive maintenance technologies. * Make maintenance recommendations. * Review components inspection reports and recommendations from both internal personnel and third parties, and ensure actions are taken based on that information. * Perform End of Warranty inspections. Build EoW reports to submit to OEM prior to the end of the warranty periods. * Analysis and monitoring of alarms, faults and incidences across the EGPNA wind fleet. * Maintain required training certifications and qualifications. * Write Technical Specifications on necessary parts and/ or services. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined. with extensive 25H experience. In-depth knowledge and experience of 25H evaporator systems and in remote work in highly contaminated, high radiation rate environments. A Mechanical Maintenance Specialist Certificate (MM51) would be ideal. The MM51 Certification provides knowledge and skills to install, configure, calibrate, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical instruments and equipment. Emphasis is placed on principles and practices of instrumentation for industrial process control systems and for communications, networking, and signal transmission systems. Many maintenance and repair workers learn some basic skills in high school shop or technical education classes, postsecondary trade or vocational schools, or community colleges. Courses in mechanical drawing, electricity, woodworking, blueprint reading, mathematics, and computers are useful. o Extensive experience in supervising 25H work activities. o Practical knowledge of SRR practices relative to worker safety, radiological practices and administrative and work control procedures. o Experience in the development, review and issuance of 25H work control packages using technical reference documents and ensure all 25H work is task ready. o Ability to read and interpret 25H mechanical drawings. o Experience in the development of schedules and manpower planning to aid in 25H activities. o Experience in managing 25H maintenance resources to ensure work scope is completed and schedules met. o Interpersonal skills as to establish and cultivate positive working relationships with both, external and internal personnel as it relates to 25H activities. o Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of DOE, SRR and SRS operating policies, rules and regulations and the ability to apply them to 25H repair/replacement activities. o The ability to disseminate information and provide mentoring to First Line Managers and mechanics on 25H activities. A 40 hour week is scheduled. SRR utilizes various work schedules including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; 4 days per week) and 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each workday has an unpaid 30-minute lunch.
