**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - ISO/Predictive**
**Hours: Monday- Friday (weekends are as needed, but not a part of normal schedule. It would occasionally); 6 am - 2:30 pm**
**Job Purpose/Overview**
Responsible for predictive maintenance and calibration activities. The individual will use processes such as Root Cause, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and other Reliability-Centered Maintenance techniques to diagnose and prevent recurring failures.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Use PdM technologies to determine baselines and trend deviations in a proactive manner to eliminate reactive equipment failures.
+ Schedule and run routes for data acquisition. Maintain on-line monitoring equipment and capture data for analysis. Be responsible for schedule compliance and route adherence.
+ Analyze data using proper techniques to eliminate nuisance alarms and ensure timely equipment repair.
+ Work with the Maintenance Engineering group to perform Root Cause Analysis and equipment autopsies in the event of unplanned failures.
+ Perform routine problem solving and preventive maintenance for calibration instruments and devices throughout the facility with minimal guidance in a timely fashion to ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Performs acceptance tests for new equipment installations using appropriate Predictive technologies.
