About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)
Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure the vehicle maintains safe to drive
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system

What you drive at DTNA
Setting, repair and maintenance of blowers, fans, weldments, dock levelers and plates, balancers and dynamometers.
Responsible for moving tables, benches, cabinets, requiring powered vehicles or hoists outside of departments. Internal movement is a departmental responsibility unless otherwise requested by the department.
Fabrication and installation of tanks, stands, guard rails, roller conveyors, bollards, steel platforms and stairs, and drive couplings. (Tanks requiring certification are not included).

About the Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:
Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers (don't worry - a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training)

The Manager in Training (MIT) program prepares future store leaders by providing hands-on experience in all aspects of retail operations at Belle Tire. Working closely with a Store Manager mentor, you will learn to lead teams, drive sales, manage operations, and deliver premium customer service. This role combines training, observation, and direct leadership responsibility to develop the skills needed to successfully manage a store. You will act as a leader in training, learning the "Belle Tire Way" while contributing to daily operations and team success.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
18 years of age
Valid drivers' license
High school diploma or equivalent required;
3 5 years of leadership experience in a retail or related customer-facing environment.
Desire to advance into a Store Manager role within 6 12 months.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Financial acumen and comfort with data-driven decision making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.

What You Drive at DTNA
Installation includes conduit, control panels, machine tools, generators, transformers, motors, battery chargers, fire watch cables and control panels. (This does not include proprietary systems or equipment)
General facility electrical maintenance includes testing and repair of lighting and power circuits, cranes and hoists, limit and proximity switches, outside lighting, gate barriers, bear claws and LAN cables.
General machine electrical maintenance of production equipment as well as welders, heating, electro-magnetic, lathes, mills, grinders, CNC machining centers, gantries and battery chargers. (This does not include UPS or power back up for Information Technology systems)
Fabrication of brackets, supports and hangers associated with electrical equipment or system installation.
Responsible for electrical servicing, troubleshooting and repair of test stand and furnace systems and circuitry.
Responsible for all electrical components and systems on engine carriers.
Recovery movement and adjustment associated with gantry failures and cat tracks.
Responsible for installation and maintenance of all production equipment cameras.
Responsible for the HMI screening.
